The "2025 Taichung International Pastry Summit" will be at the "Da'an Gang Mazu Cultural Park" in the Taichung coastal area, which is a continuation of the successful "Taichung International Pastry Summit" in 2024. This year's theme is "Coastline Tour," combining desserts, local cuisine, and cultural activities. The purpose is to promote the development of Taichung's tourism industry and integrate the attractions, accommodation, and cuisine of Taichung to attract more international tourists to come and enjoy a travel experience that combines natural landscapes and cultural characteristics.

• Event Introduction

The "2025 Taichung International Pastry Summit" activities include: cake tasting, DIY workshops, kite flying, art exhibitions, and cultural and creative markets, showcasing Taichung's diverse tourism charm. The four main themes of the event include "Adding Dower," "Adding Good Luck," "Adding Baby," and "Adding Blessing." There is also a "Roadside Banquet Carnival" that combines local agricultural and fishery products, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of Taichung's local culture and cuisine.

Moreover, the organizer has planned romantic activities, such as "Falling in Love in Taichung Park Pavilion" and "Seeking Love at Tiezhen Mountain," to welcome Chinese Valentine's Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival. These activities are themed around "A harmonious union lasting a hundred years" and aim to attract couples to Taichung to celebrate romantic moments. The event will combine the promotion of wedding dresses, pastries, and the accommodation industries, further enhancing the tourism attractiveness of the Taichung area.

Content: Inviting 28 Taiwanese and Japanese art teachers to create large-scale and tabletop floral arrangements using driftwood on the Da'an Coast, showcasing how to transform marine debris into artistic works.

5.Clean Land Beauty Photography Exhibition
Date: Regular exhibition starting from September 1st
Venue: 1F, Da'an Gang Mazu Cultural Park
Content: 44 selected photographic works showcase the ecology, natural landscapes, and environmental protection actions of Taichung's coastal areas, and call on everyone to participate in ocean conservation together.

6.Kite Romance Encounter
Date: September 13th (Saturday) - September 14th (Sunday), 10:00-13:00 daily
*The actual type and time of kite flying depend on the venue, the wind conditions, and the direction of the day
Location: Da'an Gang Mazu Cultural Park and Daan Seaside Paradise South Park
Content: Display large kites over 25 meters in length, as well as adorable, creatively shaped landscape kites. Come to Da'an to chase the wind and enjoy a romantic kite activity.
